ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING INTERN (SUMMER 2026)

As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will accompany our Field Electrical Engineers on client assignments in industrial environments. You will be exposed to projects related to electrical system reliability, specialized studies, and continuous improvement initiatives. This internship will allow you to develop a practical understanding of industrial electrical systems, safety standards, and reliability best practices.
Key Responsabilities
Under the supervision of an engineer, you will:
Participate in industrial site visits and technical data collection
Assist with Arc Flash, coordination, short-circuit, and harmonic studies (technical support role)
Support the update and preparation of single-line diagrams
Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance plans and programs
Assist in failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (RCA, FMEA)
Participate in project meetings and coordination with technical and operational teams
Strictly adhere to health and safety standards during on-site activities
Qualifications & Experience
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Second or third internship
Strong interest in industrial environments and field work
Interest in electrical reliability and specialized studies (Arc Flash, coordination, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented with good communication skills in French
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Availability for occasional travel
Communication skills, written and verbal, in French
Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset
