Responsibilities
Configure Oracle Fusion application modules and execute end-to-end unit testing.
Develop standard and custom solutions, internal & third‑party integrations, reporting, conversions, migrations, and upgrades in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and HRIS.
Partner with peer developers, analysts, and system administrators to diagnose and implement enhancements, projects, patches, and bug fixes.
Work with functional SMEs and stakeholders to design data conversions, reports, and integrations as per defined requirements.
Maintain and improve AGCO’s business applications and conduct technical feasibility assessments.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.
Walk through the system with the tester, explain delivery details, highlight any incomplete areas to prevent bugs.
Collaborate with Quality and Support Teams throughout development and respond promptly to identified bugs and errors.
Provide quality documentation throughout the project.
Monitor and evaluate application performance, reliability, and security.
Recommend improvements for systems with performance issues, security risks, or unreliable applications.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
4–7 years of experience in multiple end‑to‑end implementations/support projects of Oracle Cloud Fusion or Oracle HCM and HRIS.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and functionalities.
Hands‑on experience with Fusion cloud modules, Fusion integration technologies like SOA, and reporting technologies such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.
Understanding of integration using web services / REST API is a must.
Oracle PL/SQL development experience and ability to write SQL queries.
Experience with ADF Desktop Integration (ADFDI) in Oracle Cloud Applications.
Proven track record of successful system troubleshooting and timely user/customer assistance.
Oracle BI Publisher experience is highly desirable.
Certification in any Oracle Technology is an asset.
Must be eligible to work in Canada and subject to a criminal background check.
