Overview
SmartStop Self Storage is a diversified real estate company in the self-storage industry, operating in the U.S. and Canada. Strategic Storage PM Canada, ULC, DBA SmartStop® Self Storage, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #4033 in Vaughan, ON. This role involves leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. Starting at $19.50/hour + Bonus.
Responsibilities
Rental of storage units
Preparing rental agreements
Handling financial transactions and banking activities
Maintaining a working knowledge of all product and services
Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance
A background check is required
Other duties as assigned by the Company
Monthly Bonus Incentive Plan
