To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology
Key Responsibilities
To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
To support as an SME
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
Additional Requirements
Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for day today support and development including business process configuration, data upload EIB, testing and other troubleshooting support – specifically for Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, TimeAbsence
Develops and drives innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience.
Participates in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes
Assists with Workday biannual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, modules, business processes, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis
Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, Studio, PICOF, PECI
Have worked on at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation project
Good to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll Integration
Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment
Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces integrations as well as custom reports dashboards
Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution.
Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
