About The Team & Business Line
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business. Our alternative asset and accounting service is highly respected, and we continuously invest in learning and technology to provide seamless client experiences.
Responsibilities
Interact with senior management and manage overall client relationships.
Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients.
Work closely with Business Development and Senior Management teams on marketing pitches and client presentations.
Work alongside the integration team to establish plans for new client setup and transitions.
Coordinate the various Citco groups that serve clients.
Maintain a proactive customer focus at all times.
Enhance servicing levels and deliver beyond client expectations.
Coordinate with other operational teams and ancillary services groups.
Manage operational aspects associated with client relationships.
Develop and implement best‑practice standards and drive toward efficiencies.
Establish and document business contingency plans for all areas of responsibility.
Participate in and lead projects that support the business’s expansion and evolution.
Visit clients periodically to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
Assist in resolving complex client issues.
Participate and lead client pitches alongside the business development team.
Set challenging team goals and empower people to achieve them.
Keep people focused on critical goals and deadlines through frequent communication.
Motivate people by fostering a high‑performance environment.
Promote and support change initiatives within the business.
Contribute to corporate initiatives as part of the management team.
Provide staff‑management support to managers dealing with staff issues.
Actively participate in the recruitment process.
Qualifications
12–15 years of private equity hybrid experience at a fund administrator or fund manager.
Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience.
Skilled in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, rating agency relations, and technical accounting.
Knowledge of US GAAP and other accepted accounting bases.
Project‑management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA designation is a plus.
