Your responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Enablement will include making decisions related to strategic investment in marketing enabling tools, activities, and builds with short, medium, and long-term horizons. These decisions will be informed by insight analysis, market context, and organizational direction. These solutions will require end-to-end management, with target delivery timelines.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be working with a high-performing team that will drive profitable outcomes within the TELUS and Koodo bases, and have a seat at the table for executive focused strategic discussions and decisions.
What you will do:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize marketing enablement opportunities that drive customer retention, reduce churn, and accelerate ARPU and revenue growth within the customer base
Develop product roadmaps and capital expenditure plans with comprehensive ROI analysis and business cases that secure executive buy-in for multi-million dollar investments
Balance strategic long-term product vision with tactical short-term wins, managing a portfolio of quick-win initiatives alongside transformational multi-year programs to demonstrate continuous value
Product & Project Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, developing business requirements and product specifications in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, and aligned with business goals
Facilitate weekly touchpoints across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing project milestones, dependencies, backlog prioritization, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget execution
Lead through influence across product, IT, marketing, and business strategy teams, making strategic trade-off decisions that balance business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
Create compelling executive presentations and strategic decks that translate technical requirements into business value propositions, gaining executive alignment and capital approval
Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups on product direction, feature prioritization, and delivery sequencing for marketing enablement investments
Performance Measurement & Continuous Optimization
Design post-implementation frameworks to measure initiative success through KPIs, customer experience metrics, retention rates, and revenue impact, maintaining executive dashboards that track ROI realization
Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven insights and performance analytics, ensuring marketing enablement solutions optimize how the organization communicates with customers and delivers marketing excellence at scale

Qualifications
What You Will Bring to the Role:
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, product strategy, or program management with a proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives and driving measurable business results
Strong analytical and business acumen with demonstrated ability to leverage data to build robust business cases, quantify ROI, and guide strategic investment decisions
Comfort operating in ambiguity and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift and rapid decision-making is required
Executive presence and communication excellence with the ability to craft compelling narratives, influence senior leadership, and gain buy-in across diverse stakeholder groups
Cross-functional leadership capabilities with a track record of driving alignment, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes across all levels of the organization
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience in telecommunications and customer base marketing strategies (retention, upsell, churn reduction, ARPU growth)
Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Product management experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the technology or MarTech space
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credentials
Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
