Lawyer – Personal Injury / Civil Litigation – Ontario / British Columbia. Preszler Injury Lawyers is seeking an intermediate to senior associate lawyer to handle personal injury files and institutional abuse files. About The Role

As an associate lawyer at Preszler, you will work in a wide range of complex personal injury and civil litigation matters. This includes personal injury files, premises liability cases, disability denials, historical sexual assault claims, institutional abuse claims, medical malpractice claims, and product liability claims. The right candidate will have resilience and be willing to work hard for clients even on difficult cases; good communication and client management skills; a willingness to abandon ego in service of doing the best job possible for deserving clients; an interest in trauma informed lawyering; a strong work ethic; and an interest in personal injury law as a calling to help vulnerable and deserving clients by providing access to justice rather than simply a job. Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. Demonstrated commitment to advocacy, social justice, or plaintiff-side litigation.
