Job Description

La Roseraie private seniors' residence is seeking an Administrative Assistant specializing in HR.

- Scheduling - Payroll processing - Onboarding and integration of new employees - Occupational health and safety - Support for department managers

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Salary: To be discussed based on experience

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

All other related tasks

Assist team members with daily administrative tasks

Collaborate on special projects

Complete lease requests

Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests

Enter data into various systems

Help prepare certain documents

Produce monthly reports

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation

Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
