About the Role We are seeking a Generative AI Specialist to join our Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Demand program. This is a flexible, project‑specific, part‑time role designed for writers, linguists, educators, researchers, or anyone passionate about language and logic. You will help LLMs learn how to write and, more importantly, how to think.

Core Responsibilities

Evaluation: Rate and assess AI model performance based on output and behavior.

Annotation Labeling: Label specific elements within content rather than entire documents.

Classification: Assign predefined categories or labels to items.

Content Quality: Evaluate the perceived quality and appropriateness of content.

Content Understanding: Generate labels to deepen understanding of concepts and trends.

Data Augmentation: Create additional training data through transformations (e.g., paraphrasing, summarization).

Grading: Review data and determine whether product features function as intended.

Identification Labeling: Identify whether a piece of content falls into specific categories (e.g., clickbait, branded content).

Preference Ranking: Order or rank items based on specified criteria.

Prompt Generation: Design prompts or questions for language models.

Relevance Evaluation: Assess content relevance using a defined scale.

Response Generation: Produce responses to prompts or questions using a language model.

Response Rewrite: Rephrase existing text while preserving meaning.

Response Summarization: Summarize longer pieces of text or data concisely.

Similarity Evaluation: Compare content to inform decisions.

Transcription: Convert spoken language or audio into written text.

Translation: Translate text or spoken language between English and Italian.

Data Collection: Gather various data types (text, images, video, audio) for AI training and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities specialization; advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.

Professional or expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in both English and Italian.
