Job Summary
You will manage regulatory compliance and certification processes to ensure product integrity and market access. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate documentation and respond proactively to legislative changes affecting raw materials and finished products.
Responsibilities
Apply HACCP principles to monitor and maintain food safety standards across raw materials and finished products
Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Manage regulatory documentation for raw materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy of product specifications and declarations
Coordinate Halal Certification applications and maintain compliance with certification standards
Monitor and implement compliance with local and international regulations affecting product destinations
Track and communicate updates in legislation and guidelines relevant to products and markets
Perform Qualified Person (QP) duties for export health certificate applications to facilitate product export
Liaise with suppliers to resolve regulatory issues and ensure timely submission of required documentation for raw materials
Maintain and update raw materials information accurately in the company’s information system
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, qualityassurance (QA), or R&D.
Knowledge of HACCP processes
Manage on Internal Audit
