What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Architect and lead scalable legal operations across Product & Privacy, Marketing & Advertising, Commercial, and Corporate Affairs
Provide strategic business and legal advice to the Extended Management Team
Lead a contracts management program with a balance of strategic oversight and hands‑on execution
Establish a regulatory framework for product and marketing, training business teams for rapid decision‑making
Manage outside counsel relationships and budgets for optimal resource allocation
What is Required (Qualifications):
J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
10+ years of progressive legal experience in technology, especially in adtech and rewarded advertising
Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner, influencing business strategy and making risk‑based judgments
Expert‑level legal research, writing, and analysis skills
Subject matter expertise in marketing, advertising, consumer protection, intellectual, and privacy laws applicable to adtech
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in both law firm and in‑house roles with a focus on adtech
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to translate legal concepts into plain English
An educator mindset, prepared to train and develop direct reports
Willingness to travel up to 10‑20% of the time
