Project Manager, ICI Construction - Permanent - 3146 About the Opportunity We’re working with one of Canada’s leading builders, a company that blends the strength of a national powerhouse with the collaborative culture of a close-knit team. This GTA-based Construction Manager has secured $3B in new projects across Ontario, ensuring stability and exceptional growth opportunities.

Projects range from $30M to over $1B, including Higher Education facilities, Data Centres, cutting-edge Healthcare facilities, Police stations, and Correctional Facilities. These are complex, career-defining builds that will position you among the best builders in the country.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of large-scale ICI projects

Oversee coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless execution

Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure project success

Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence across all phases

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

Proven experience managing ICI construction projects (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial)

Nice to have - Full Cycle Project Experience $50M+

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

A passion for building and a drive to advance your career
