Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Representative, based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and negotiating real estate opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties may include evaluating properties, collaborating with the operations team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of real estate principles

Experience in real estate sales and understanding of real property regulations

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to analyze property opportunities and make data-driven recommendations

Proficiency in negotiation and relationship management

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and asset value preservation

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
