Delivery Architect - Integration Architect
Locations:
Canada - Ontario, Quebec, AB, BC
Must be in Canada for 5 yrs to potentially qualify for security clearance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Certified MuleSoft Developer, Integration Architect, API Design, and Platform Architect.
Experience in Design Systems Architecture, designing APIs, and in writing functional/technical specifications.
Experience in gathering business requirements and translating requirements into specification documents.
Minimum of 6+ years of software development experience.
Minimum 4+ years of MuleSoft development experience with at least 2 years in MuleSoft 4.x Development, Platform & Integration Architect, and API Design.
Experience in developing integrations which are REST based, SOAP based, and messaging.
Understanding of API and Microservices.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience on testing tools like SOAPUI and Postman.
Additional Candidate Requirements
Flexible/willing to work across delivery landscape including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
Qualification: 6-8 years of experience (minimum 2 years relevant experience in the role), Bachelorโs Degree.
Proficiency in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery, and business leadership.
Experience in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.
Define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.
Responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.
About the Role
Delivery Architects assess a projectโs technical feasibility and implementation risks. They design and implement the projectโs technical architecture, defining system structure, interfaces, and guiding principles. Their scope is bounded by the business issue at hand, covering all aspects of technical delivery and business knowledge, including the Software Architect.
