This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Planner located in Windsor, ON. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency. The role includes the development of maintenance plans, supervising maintenance tasks, and collaborating with teams to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. Additionally, the Planner will contribute to the management of maintenance records, inventory, and resources required to meet operational objectives. Qualifications

Strong expertise in Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Management Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and best practices Experience with Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks Supervisory Skills and the ability to oversee maintenance teams effectively Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with maintenance software systems is an asset Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of safety regulations and industry-standard compliance
