About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Best Practice Consultant to join our dynamic Wealth Operations team. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about project management, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and are driven to implement continuous improvements that make a real difference.
In this position, you will play a key role in driving positive improvements throughout Wealth Operations. Your work will directly contribute to increased client satisfaction and enhanced operational efficiency, making this an impactful opportunity to shape our organization’s success.
The role requires strong relationship‑building skills combined with a results‑oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization and work alongside fellow consultants to achieve shared goals and deliver results.
What will you do?
Represent Wealth Operations on complex or cross‑functional initiatives that impact business operations. This includes large‑scale process improvements, form enhancements, regulatory and product changes.
Support any training and change management activities required to ensure successful project implementations.
Manage sponsor and stakeholder relations to ensure that project delivery expectations are specified and met.
Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives, proposing actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with business and program leaders to prioritize initiatives, develop new processes and refine best practice support needs.
Define, build and execute the creation and maintenance of knowledge management content.
Communicate proposed changes in a way that drives acceptance and ownership by stakeholders and removes barriers to successful and sustainable implementation.
What do you need to succeed?
2+ years of demonstrated experience leading large, cross functional, complex projects.
1 – 2 years of experience within the investment funds industry and proficient understanding of Wealth products and business processes (accumulation annuities, GICs, mutual funds, segregated funds).
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
A passion for enhancing client experiences through innovative solutions.
Adaptability and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams. This includes being comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership.
A hands‑on attitude and willingness to tackle challenges head‑on.
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required
for Quebec only
as the position reports to a unilingual English‑speaking manager outside Quebec.
Preferred Skills:
Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodologies
Project management techniques, tools and methodologies; PMP certification or equivalent
Experience using various presentation and collaboration tools (Miro, Pega, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Excel, Word)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
