Base pay range CA$40.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr

Recruitment Lead at Mindlance - Hiring for Engineering/Manufacturing/IT/Business Professional roles. Location:

Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

Job Duration:

12-month contract

Must Haves (and how they are used):

Education:

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD in LLM or NLP research highly preferred.

Experience:

5+ years in LLM development, AI-driven automation, or NLP solutions, including 2+ years focused on LLM end-to-end development and deployment.

Technical Expertise:

LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model optimization.

Familiarity with frameworks/models such as LangGraph, Hugging Face, GPT suites, and Gemini suites.

Hands‑on experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI orchestration tools.

Project Leadership:

Ability to lead AI projects from research and prototyping to production deployment.

Cloud Experience:

Experience working in cloud environments, preferably GCP.

Plusses:

Prior experience leading multi‑agent AI systems.

Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or business automation workflows.

Experience developing AI solutions in a large enterprise environment.
