They are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Modernization who will be responsible for leading and supporting the modernization of Finance in alignment with company’s target operating model and upcoming ERP requirements. This role will be central to transforming how the organization operates, integrating new processes with enabling technologies, and driving sustainable changes across the organization.

About the Opportunity
Lead the implementation of Finance ERP system, ensuring alignment with financial processes and operational goals.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure ERP solutions meet Finance needs.
Analyse and document existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implement digital enhancement.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate ERP functionality with the company’s finance objectives.
Foster collaboration across finance, IT, System Integrator, and business teams to ensure alignment and accountability in achieving transformation goals.
Ensure that financial processes are documented and designed to scale with the company’s operational needs.
Stay informed of industry trends to introduce innovative practices and tools for finance transformation.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional designations such as CPA, CA is required.
Robust FP&A expertise, including financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
Expertise in financial data modelling.
Hands‑on experience as a finance practitioner (e.g., controller, finance manager) with exposure to ERP systems.
Proven ability to optimize financial processes and implement practical solutions within large organizations.
Strong understanding of finance processes and strong analytical skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for ERP system implementations.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.
