Accountabilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to define client selection strategy and develop robust account plans.
Hire, nurture, and assign diverse talent while managing sales forecasts and goals.
Drive new market opportunities through relationship-building and strategic initiatives.
Conduct quarterly reviews with Business Development Representatives and identify joint opportunities.
Facilitate pricing negotiations and control team operating expenses for optimal performance.
Advise and resolve issues for Business Development Representatives to strengthen internal communication.
Implement process improvements and manage sales metrics using SFDC.
Deliver global sales updates and champion knowledge-sharing within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's in life science or business; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years in sales or related fields within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with 4+ years in management.
Proven expertise in client retention, negotiation, and strategic planning.
Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
Highly consultative approach with strong customer orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
