Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Payroll Cloud Consultant
to support. This role requires strong hands-on experience in
Canadian Payroll implementation
and the ability to lead workshops, configure payroll modules, and support end-to-end implementation activities.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver a compliant and efficient Oracle Payroll Cloud solution aligned with statutory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and translate them into Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and Canadian statutory regulations.
Collaborate with solution architects to design and support a future-state payroll architecture aligned with strategic and operational needs.
Configure Oracle Payroll Cloud modules, including payroll definitions, elements, balances, earnings, deductions, and other payroll components.
Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, defect resolution, and go-live preparation.
Develop and execute unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate payroll functionality and resolve issues prior to deployment.
Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory experience in
Canadian Payroll implementation
(including compliance with Canadian payroll legislation).
Strong experience leading payroll workshops and gathering business requirements.
Hands-on configuration experience across Oracle Payroll modules.
Experience supporting testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT).
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
