What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own and drive the product roadmap for card funding flows, settlement orchestration, ledger posting, and reconciliation

Design scalable reconciliation and exception‑handling systems for accurate and reportable fund movements

Evolve funding and liquidity orchestration models to optimize capital efficiency and program resiliency

Define and launch new card programs in partnership with issuing banks and processors

Measure and improve platform health by defining success metrics and establishing SLAs for critical money‑movement pipelines

What is Required (Qualifications):

4+ years of product management experience, particularly with complex, cross‑functional software platforms

Experience in the card payments ecosystem, including roles at fintechs, issuing/acquiring banks, or card processors

Hands‑on experience with cardflows and reconciliation processes

Strong understanding of the card issuing and acquiring lifecycle and transaction message flows

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with Engineering and Finance teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with card network message schemas and their interaction with financial flows

Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and drive execution from concept through launch

Comfort with technical systems (APIs, files, schemas) and translating financial flows into product requirements
