Marketing Technology Consultant
Toronto - Hybrid (4 days WFO)
Typical Years of Experience - 4 to 7 years

Experienced delivering and/or facilitating executive level discussions on digital marketing technology work and strategies
Experienced implementing initiatives to advance marketing technology capabilities, including roll-out and change management of new technologies, data environments, data access and transformation tools
Additional capabilities and skills
Specific professional and technical skills and knowledge required: 5 years specialty expertise in Marketing Technology, relationship marketing, and email marketing, SMS messaging, and Push messaging
10 years in application architecture and internet technology
Minimum 3 relevant industry credentials
Superior interpersonal skills able to work effectively with a diverse cross-section of individuals across business, functional and organizational boundaries in a complex and diverse organization
Consulting skills well able to facilitate understanding business objectives and translate to business requirements and solutions
Subject matter expert on a wide-variety of MarTech tools and digital messaging (i.e., email, SMS, Push messaging, and social messaging) best practices including data management, campaign execution, deliverability, and CASLCAN-SPAMGDPR and any other digital messaging related legislation
Skillful with different industry tools relating to segmentation, automation, tracking, and analytics to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
Capabilities required
Exhibits consulting and strategic mindset, with strong understanding of strategy development methodologies and how to translate strategy and priorities into roadmaps
Expert at distilling and structuring complex content from various sources to create key messages to support Leadership discussions
Experienced consultant able to facilitate understanding business objectives and translate to business requirements and solutions
Achievement oriented, decisive, make it happen mindset and attitude
Exhibits excellent project management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and effectively executing on tight deadlines
Experience with building dashboards performance measurement frameworks
Solid oral and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Able to work effectively with a diverse cross-section of internal and external stakeholders across business, functional and organizational boundaries and build relationships
Displays professionalism and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Demonstrated leadership ability
Successfully and simultaneously managed multiple, complex, cross-enterprise initiatives
Experience working in dynamic and unstructured environments
