Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in St. Catharines, ON, for a Regional Manager at College Pro. The Regional Manager will oversee a designated territory, mentoring and supporting a team of student entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals. Responsibilities include providing guidance in strategic planning, monitoring overall performance, conducting training sessions, and offering continuous support to ensure the success of employees and their outcomes. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with clients and upholding the company's standards of excellence in service delivery and leadership training.
