Position Title:

Sales Engineer

Working Location: Marsiling

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Salary Package:

Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical liaison between the sales and engineering teams, offering support to drive sales efforts.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions based on technical requirements.

Present and explain technical solutions clearly to clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to shape and execute effective sales strategies.

Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to support product development and strategic planning.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using internal reporting tools.

Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote offerings and stay informed on market trends.

Diploma in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in materials equipment sales or a related technical sales role.

Strong technical understanding of products and ability to translate features into customer value.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to travel overseas for client meetings and industry events.
