Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy Agentic AI Solutions:

Document Intelligence and structured parsing

RAGs for information retrieval

Care Centric AI Agents

Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models:

Customer churn and retention strategies

Upsell and cross‑sell opportunity scoring

Product coverage estimation and optimization

Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, performance tuning, and deployment using advanced ML techniques

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, care, product) to translate business requirements into data science solutions

Support model deployment and monitoring in production environments

Conduct exploratory data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions

Document methodologies and ensure reproducibility of work

Stay current with emerging tools and techniques in machine learning and analytics

Ideal Candidate

3–5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning frameworks.

2–3+ years of experience in agentic platforms such as LangChain, AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services.

Hands‑on experience with predictive modeling, time‑series forecasting, and statistical analysis

Proficiency in Python, Spark, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, PyTorch)

Extensive experience with SQL and data manipulation in large datasets

Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing such as Azure, Databricks, and ArcGIS.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks is a plus

Experience with end‑to‑end project ownership including deployment is an asset

Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)
