The team provides central support, working closely with vice-president and faculty portfolios across the university.

You’ll lead a high‑performing marketing team, champion fresh thinking, and drive initiatives that elevate the university’s reputation locally and globally. From reimagining our brand expression to powering enrolment campaigns, you’ll work on projects that matter—projects that shape how future students, partners, and communities see and experience the university.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline and fifteen years of related experience which includes experience leading large teams and managing complex projects, or an equivalent level of education, training, and experience.

Conceiving, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and projects, in consultation with senior administrative staff and key stakeholders, for all areas of the University’s institutional and enrolment marketing efforts.

Partnering and consulting on marketing strategies for enrolment and retention, working with Faculty recruiters, communication teams, and leadership.

Understanding and providing integrated oversight of all marketing priorities for the University.

Leading the evaluation of existing marketing structures and identifying opportunities for improved organisational wide marketing practices.

Additional Information The pay range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for the position. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position. In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
