Application Manager (System Integrator)

Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Lead and mentor the Application team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly to minimize disruptions.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans.

Manage and oversee the development of in-house SCADA, Energy Management System and Power Quality Management SYstem application development lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead incident management and problem resolution efforts, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of application and operational processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the application and operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in SCADA industry, application roles and operations management.

Strong technical background with knowledge of SCADA.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SCADA, Building Management System, Energy Management System and Power Quality Management System.

Knowledge of IT networking, Server setup, VMs setup, Cloud configuration.

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
