What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide Tier 3 support for troubleshooting issues related to Cisco Meraki networks, Azure cloud services, and cloud-hosted infrastructure

Act as the Cisco Meraki Subject Matter Expert (SME), deploying and maintaining Cisco solutions for enterprise‑scale networks

Administer Azure cloud environments, managing components such as Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, and networking

Collaborate with the Professional Services team on IT projects for internal and external customer portfolios

Conduct proactive system maintenance, including security audits, backups, and optimizations to ensure compliance and integrity

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in System and Network Administration, particularly with Cisco Meraki and Azure cloud platforms

In-depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki solutions, including routers, switches, and firewalls

Hands‑on experience managing Azure services, including Active Directory and virtual machines

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management principles, including security and scalability

Relevant certifications such as Cisco Meraki CMNA/CMNO or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Intune and Defender

Familiarity with networking protocols, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewalls

Ability to train and mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment
