Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across all finance and reporting functions for the hospital’s post‑acute and long‑term care operations.

Oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance, as well as supporting performance measurement and resource optimisation.

Lead the financial stewardship for the organization and implement best practices to develop financial, procurement and business intelligence systems compliant with regulations.

Modernise financial systems, strengthen integration across entities, and enable data‑driven decision‑making in support of the organisation’s mission.

Qualifications

Hold CPA designation.

10 years of progressive financial management experience in a hospital or closely related setting.

Strategic yet hands‑on financial leader with ability to navigate ambiguity and change.

Trusted adviser to senior leadership and Board, helping ensure financial sustainability and continued impact.
