Role Title: Bilingual (French/English) Special Projects Lead Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension) Location: Quebec City - Hybrid (4 days in office) Summary In connection with a large multi-year claims processing assignment, we are seeking an accomplished Special Projects Lead with deep expertise in resolving complex claim related issues, executing high-impact initiatives, and driving process and financial improvements across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for a experienced problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, excels at cross-functional leadership, and brings a strong issue resolution background to investigating and resolving issues and problems that arise. Role Deliverables Lead and manage high-priority, issue driven projects related to claims processing, accounting and payments. Analyze current state processes and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, internal controls and compliance. Present findings, solutions, and project updates to senior leadership team and partners. Develop and implement project frameworks, timelines, and governance structures to ensure delivery of high quality outcomes. Skills: 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or advisory Experience managing large-scale or high-risk special projects across cross-functional teams. Significant experience with ERPs (e.g. SAP, SalesForce, Oracle) and Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel and PowerBI Fluent bi-lingual (English & French) Accounting Degree an asset Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Willingness to resolve issues by yourself, as well as with part of a team Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, or evolving environments. Strong project management capability with experience delivering results under tight timelines. Good understanding of indigenous matters.
