Salary range (but not limited to):

118,700 - 145,100

Annual bonus

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role As

Manager, Finance - Banking & Special Projects , your role will significantly impact the creation of synergies within the Banking Team. You will provide strategic leadership, support projects and serve as the primary liaison between various internal and external stakeholders.

As a key member of the Finance management team, the candidate will drive transformation initiatives to support our financial objectives. Autonomy, along with strong communication and organizational skills, are essential for success in this role.

What you’ll do here:

Transform how work gets done – simplify, standardize, and automate processes to accelerate, elevate accuracy, control environment and enable scale. Champion end-to‑end automation programs, owning scope, roadmap, execution, risk mitigation, and performance outcomes.

Serve as the key liaison across the business – collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support, monitor, and optimize cross‑functional operational initiatives and projects.

Strengthen our control environment: refresh and update policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Experience:

CPA designation – is required

Minimum 5‑years of experience within Finance/Banking – is required

Strong project management experience leading projects and people is required

Familiarity with banking products a nice to have and working knowledge with Oracle

Organized self‑starter who balances independence with collaboration, comfortable prioritizing, context‑switching, and operating in ambiguity
