Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting, enhancing, and improving our internally developed applications. Reporting to the manager of the Support team within the Product Development Expertise Centre, you will directly impact the quality of the user experience, the reliability of our solutions, and the continuous evolution of our application ecosystem.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to the application ecosystem to ensure its stability and performance.

Document technical procedures, recurring incidents, and implemented solutions to facilitate future resolution and ensure operational continuity.

Collaborate closely with development teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize application improvement needs.

Actively participate in the definition, planning, execution and deployment of continuous improvement projects.

Contribute to solution development by working with developers to ensure that functional and technical requirements are understood and met.

Create and maintain training materials related to new features and deployed enhancements to support user adoption.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A college or university degree and/or relevant experience related to the position.

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

The ability to persuade, communicate, and simplify information.

The ability to work in parallel on multiple files.

Proficiency in French and English in a professional context, as you may need to interact with BRP stakeholders outside of Quebec.
