Demonstrate RV features through walk-arounds and presentations

Match customers with the right RV for their lifestyle and budget

Follow up consistently and generate referrals

Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional buying experience

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, RV, real estate, powersports, or other high-ticket sales preferred)

Confident communicator who can connect quickly and build rapport

Self-motivated and competitive with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working weekends and evenings during peak season

Passion for outdoor lifestyle is a bonus, but sales drive is essential
