Le poste A220 Maintenance Programme Engineering Expert (Structure & Zonal) vous attend à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Programmes, Ingénierie, Services Clients, ainsi que les opérateurs et MRO internationaux.
The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Maintenance Programme Engineerin g Expert - Structure & Zonal to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with Programme, Engineering, Customer Services teams, as well as operators and MROs worldwide.
Vos missions : optimiser les programmes de maintenance Structure et Zonal, assurer conformité réglementaire et performance opérationnelle, réduire les coûts de maintenance directe, tout en guidant les équipes et en partageant les meilleures pratiques.
Challenges
Act as a senior advisor and subject‑matter expert for A220 Structure and Zonal maintenance programmes;
Define, evolve and optimize Structure (structural inspections, corrosion, fatigue) and Zonal (zoning, EWIS, fire protection) maintenance tasks in accordance with MSG‑3 principles;
Identify and resolve customer pain points related to scheduled Structure and Zonal maintenance;
Leverage in‑service experience and structural findings to continuously improve inspection relevance and effectiveness;
Contribute to base maintenance and C‑Check Turnaround Time reduction through optimized Structure & Zonal content;
Optimize inspection task sequencing and maintenance execution efficiency;
Analyze maintenance operations (access, procedures, tooling, NDT, findings, consumables);
Represent A220 Maintenance Engineering at operator, MRO and technical Structure & Zonal forums;
Support Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC) reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations.
Qualifications
You hold a university degree in aerospace engineering;
You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in aircraft Structure and Zonal maintenance within airline and/or MRO environments;
You have strong expertise in MSG‑3, MPD/AMP, with a Structure & Zonal focus;
You have a solid understanding of corrosion prevention, fatigue, accidental damage and EWIS;
You have strong analytical skills, engineering judgment and stakeholder influence;
You have customer‑facing experience with operators, MROs and authorities;
You have the ability to mentor and influence without direct managerial authority;
You have excellent communication, summarization and presentation skills;
You have a strong interest in innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge transfer;
You are bilingual in French and English (speaking and writing).

Travel
This role may involve some business travel worldwide. Occasional travel within Canada, the USA, and overseas is required.
