About This Team
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for bringing lululemon brand to our guests through various campaigns across a variety of channels. You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross‑functional partners and support smooth campaign operations throughout execution.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for strategy development and execution of North America product campaigns, and supporting executions of globally led initiatives in region
Develops initial campaign strategy for North America campaigns (small & medium) across business objectives, market analysis, deliverables planning, briefing, on‑set, and creative application
Partners with key cross‑functional partners (including but not limited to Merchandising, Retail Brand, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Social, Community) to deliver best in class campaign execution & consumer journey across touch points
Drafts, maintains and monitors the Project Roadmap/Timeline, Budget, and Deliverables Lists, intaking needs from cross functional partners, with support of Brand Specialist
Accountable to set and drive KPIs as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings
Build strong cross‑functional relationships across the organization, and managing stakeholders to keep them enrolled in marketing plans
Support creative development with internal or external agencies, providing strategic advice rooted in clear business & brand needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet) and timeline development
Experience with creative briefing and working on set and with creative teams
Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
Expert negotiator, influencer, relationship builder
Excellent presentation skills
Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables.

Compensation And Benefits Package
Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$81,500‑$107,000 CAD
annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
