Trail Appliances, a dynamic, family-owned business, is on the search for a
Vice President, Distribution and Logistics
to join our senior leadership team. Reporting directly to both the
CEO and President , you’ll be at the heart of our strategic execution — leading with purpose, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performance culture.

As the Vice President, Distribution and Logistics, you will
Lead key operational departments:
Delivery Excellence, Warehouse Operations, and Service Operations.
Champion and execute our
strategic growth plan .
Drive
efficiency, innovation, and excellence
across all operations.
Build and mentor a
high-performing team
that shares your passion for service and results.
Create and refine policies that elevate performance and customer satisfaction.
Keep our
customer-first mindset
at the core of every decision.
To be successful in this role, you bring
Senior-level operations experience in a
medium to large-sized company .
Expertise in managing
multi-departmental teams
and
complex logistics .
Practical, hands‑on leadership with proven success managing a
fleet , a
warehouse , or both.
Experience overseeing
multiple smaller facilities
or a
single large‑scale operation .
A leadership style rooted in
servant leadership and integrity .
A sharp, proactive
problem‑solver
who earns trust and drives change.
A long‑term thinker committed to
sustainable success .
Bonus points for experience in
Retail and/or Distribution .
