Consultant, Business Effectiveness

* **Change management and communication –** Communicate updates, impacts, and readiness plans to applicable stakeholders clearly and effectively. Support the development of business cases, project plans, presentations and tracking of outcomes for continuous improvement.* **Solution design –** advise on client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements and quality assurance.* **Financials management** – Support in managing the ATM hardware Evergreen budget and support in providing financial oversight for DOE projects* **Data analysis** – Leverage comprehensive data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, enabling the organization to achieve targeted business outcomes and drive continuous improvement* **Relationship building –** Leverage advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across channels, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.* **You have a degree/diploma in**Business, and/or a related field, and you’ve spent at least 3 years in a role leading projects and designing solutions.
