Director of Finance

About Our Client We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional for a 12-month contract. This individual will support financial reporting and operational accounting for U.S. entities within a growing organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting reporting requirements, and contributing to financial planning and analysis.

About the Opportunity

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Maintain general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements

Support internal and external audit processes

Monitor cash flow and assist with financial controls and reporting

Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with process improvements and system implementations

About You

CPA designation (or equivalent professional accounting qualification)

4+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles

Experience maintaining full-cycle accounting records and reconciliations

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
