This role designs and governs enterprise data models, metadata, and lineage while ensuring data quality, compliance, and alignment with data governance standards. The position provides technical and functional leadership by guiding team members, leading design reviews, and coordinating delivery across business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation of data solutions.****CUSTOMER*** Provide expert guidance within projects and other various change initiatives to support data impact assessments and data risk mitigation* Implement processes aligned to data information management standards and ensure data quality (e.g., rules / thresholds / assessments, etc.) and requirements are developed* Develop and maintain knowledge of available data from upstream sources and various platforms* Identify critical data / critical data elements to support Business Segment data governance and/or data management frameworks / programs* Ensure business data and information is retained and disposed in compliance with enterprise data standards, policies and guidelines* Provide support throughout data lifecycle to resolve data issues and support user community by helping users interpret the data* Lead the investigation of root causes for data issues and ensure data issues are resolved while developing the prototyping solution* Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to data activities for business area* Collaborate with business partners/ stakeholders to ensure project success* Collaborate on business requirements by researching / analyzing and documenting business data requirements* Participate in cross-functional / enterprise / initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situations**SHAREHOLDER*** Collaborate with technology and business teams

to ensure alignment and guide successful delivery of data solutions.* Facilitate data analysis and investigations for business users and QA teams, assisting with complex issues and validating business cases during development and testing phases* Provide oversight on business impact post-implementation, ensuring the data solution meets the intended business outcomes during the warranty period.* Coordinate business requirements with technical teams with an oversight of ensuring smooth integration of data into source code repositories and promoting effective source code management practices.* Lead or participate in business and technical design reviews, ensuring that data architectures meet both operational and business objectives.* Lead initiatives on data governance and data management by ensuring business requirements align with enterprise data governance policies.* Ensure business metadata and data lineage are well-documented and integrated with enterprise metadata management tools, facilitating better business understanding.* Document business requirements and technical decisions, ensuring risks, lessons learned, and enhancement opportunities are communicated effectively across teams.* Stay current on industry trends, expanding knowledge of business processes, data tools, and best practices to improve collaboration between business and technology teams.**EMPLOYEE / TEAM*** Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest* Provide thought leadership and/ or industry knowledge for own area of expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit* Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques* Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team* Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities* Contribute to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others, by sharing knowledge and experiences and leveraging best practices.* Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners / stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.* Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce* Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally**BREADTH & DEPTH:*** Deep complex SQL and Data modeling knowledge with hands on project experience.* Experience working in Azure environment with knowledge of Azure services ;Azure data factory, Azure data bricks and Azure Synapse.* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and fluent in one or two programming languages; preferably pyspark/python.* Familiar with visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI* Ability to upscale using AI tools and previous experience using copilot for day to day work.* Lead projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements; may lead end-to-end processes or functional programs* In-depth experience working with very large datasets and familiarity with big data technologies* Generally reports to a Senior / Manager role**EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION*** Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate and/or* 5+ years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial background**À propos de nous**La TD est un chef de file mondial dans le secteur des institutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
