Contract: April 1, 2026 – March 9, 2027 (250 business days, probable extension)

About The Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Systems Analyst with 10+ years leading system analysis, design, and architecture in complex business environments to provide technical leadership across full SDLC. Our ideal candidate excels at reverse engineering physical data models into ERDs/metadata reports, delivering design documents/system architecture, database modeling (logical/physical/conceptual), SQL scripting, and object‑oriented programming while leading JAD sessions, UAT, and integration testing. They will provide senior technical expertise for cost‑effective I&IT solutions aligned with program objectives and mentor junior analysts through all project stages.

What You'll Do Lead systems analysis, architecture design, database modeling, and full SDLC technical coordination.

Must Haves

10+ years System Analysis and Design in large, complex environments.

Experience delivering design document system architecture.

Database modeling: Logical, physical, conceptual.

SQL scripting experience.

Object‑oriented programming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior technical expertise/project leadership for I&IT solutions.

Lead analysis, design, architecture documentation of systems solutions.

Lead testing, integration, implementation into client applications.

Guide feasibility studies, cost analyses; document recommendations.

Experience And Skill Set Requirements Systems Analysis (50%)

10+ years analysis/design in complex business environments.

Reverse engineering: Physical Data Models → ERDs/Metadata Reports.

Full project lifecycle: Analysis → Design → Development → Testing → Implementation.

TRA process documentation and architecture artifacts.

Business/Testing/Integration (30%)

10+ years Business Analysis: JAD sessions, UAT, requirements gathering.

10+ years system/integration testing.

QA: Test Plans, Test Cases, unit/integration/UAT execution.

System integration across diverse technologies.

Public Sector (10%)

GO-ITS Standards and Enterprise Architecture (RGDMS system).

AODA (10%)

Hands‑on AODA experience, WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance.

OPS quality assurance standards/practices.

Position Details

Location: 222 Jarvis St., Toronto, Ontario (5 days onsite)

Hours: 7.25 hours per day

Security Clearance: No Clearance Required

Start Date: April 1, 2026

End Date: March 9, 2027 (probable extension)
