THE OPPORTUNITY
Nelson Environmental Group (NEG) invites an experienced, growth‑oriented
Chief Revenue Officer
to join its senior leadership team and report directly to the CEO. The CRO will craft and execute a global revenue strategy that spans sales, marketing, and brand expansion, build and mentor a high‑performing team, and drive disciplined execution to hit revenue targets across all markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
Define and execute a comprehensive global revenue strategy that drives sustainable growth and aligns with NEG’s long‑term vision.
Identify and evaluate new markets and strategic partnerships, leveraging under‑developed areas to accelerate international expansion and strengthen competitive advantage.
Translate organizational objectives into actionable plans that balance short‑term performance with long‑term scalability.
Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies, champion thought leadership initiatives, and drive multi‑channel campaigns to generate high‑quality leads.
Drive global business development, cultivating and closing high‑value strategic opportunities across multiple markets.
Build, inspire, and mentor a high‑performing revenue organization capable of executing a complex global strategy.
Design and implement scalable, integrated systems and processes to optimize sales, marketing, and client management workflows.
Establish robust KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure organizational performance, revenue growth, and team effectiveness.
Serve as a senior client‑facing executive, deepening strategic relationships with key accounts and partners.
THE INDIVIDUAL
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is required.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset.
Equivalent senior‑level leadership experience may be considered in lieu of advanced education.
Experience
15+ years of leadership experience overseeing sales and marketing functions in complex, multi‑market organizations.
Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through global revenue strategies.
Success in building, mentoring, and leading high‑performing sales and marketing teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.

LOCATION
Acheson, Alberta
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is located on‑site at the Acheson office with minimal travel, as needed. Global travel may be required; a valid passport is needed.
