Job Description - SAP OCM Consultant (053895) SAP OCM Consultant Qualifications and Experience

PROCI Certified OCM Expert required for this role Minimum of 3+ experience related to the delivery of change management programs with strong understanding of OCM methodology and tools Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience Excellent business acumen and ability to understand organizational and cultural issues and challenges Expertise in written and verbal communications Expertise in stakeholder management and program governance Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change Executive presence with ability to establish and maintain credibility with senior leaders Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Must be a good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with and through others on project and client teams Bachelor’s or associated degree Mandatory Prosci Certified Strong MS Office skills – MPP, Excel, PPT, Word, Visio Travel required as well as ability to drive results working remotely Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software‑specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client‑specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training. Required Skills and Experience: Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree. Certification: Should have or seeking SE Level 1. Should be proficient in Package Configuration.
