Overview

Triton is seeking a Vice President, Finance to serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a trusted business partner to the President and executive peers. This is a hands-on and strategic role, responsible for leading Finance, Legal, and Data Analytics while helping shape and execute Triton's business strategy. Key Responsibilities

Actively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team Participate in enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution Serve as a trusted advisor to the President and SLT on financial and business matters Finance & Accounting Leadership

Lead all core finance and accounting functions, including: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Cash flow management and forecasting Monthly close, reporting, and financial statements P&L forecasting and variance analysis KPI reporting and performance insights Own financial planning, budgeting, and regular forecasting processes Work closely with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners Ensure strong financial controls, discipline, and transparency FP&A and Data & Analytics

Oversee FP&A and Data Analytics functions in a transactional (non-SaaS) business environment Lead financial modelling, forecasting, and planning Use analytics to drive insight into revenue trends, performance, and future growth Ensure data is accurate, relevant, and decision-oriented Provide oversight of legal and compliance activities, including: Client contracts Security and governance practices Partner with internal and external legal counsel to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Lead a team of approximately 10, with 4 direct reports: Controller FP&A Analyst Data Analyst Legal Counsel Build a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and open communication Experience & Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in a business-focused finance role (not purely accounting) Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, transactional business environment Cultural Fit
