About The Team
The Commerce Experience team owns our clients’ key transactional experiences, including payment method management, coupon application, loyalty integrations, and checkout flows. The team spans iOS, Android, Web, and Backend engineering.
Responsibilities
Build and enhance front‑end or back‑end components within payments/commerce systems
Design and deliver high‑quality, scalable features end‑to‑end
Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams
Participate in stand‑ups, technical discussions, and planning sessions
Write clean, maintainable code with proper testing and documentation
Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements
Required Skills
Expertise in Ruby (Backend)
Expertise in TypeScript, React, JavaScript (Web)
Experience designing and scaling customer‑facing applications
Background in payments, loyalty, coupons, or similar commerce systems
Ability to work independently and deliver end‑to‑end features
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating cross‑functionally
Nice‑to‑Haves
Python or Go experience
Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools
