Our team

We drive growth: Aha! does not have a sales team — marketing is responsible for increasing awareness, visitors, and trial signups

We give big effort: We work exceptionally hard and fast, constantly producing content that engages new customers and brings value to existing ones

We are curious: We seek to better understand our market, customers, and products so we can clearly articulate the unique value of what we offer

We have fun: We care deeply about our teammates, always making time to celebrate, support, and laugh with one another

We enjoy: We like what we do. And we want you to love your job too. Learn more about The Responsive Method, our company values, and the generous benefits we offer.

Our programs The product marketing group within the broader marketing team is responsible for communicating the unique value of our products and services. We own a broad range of programs — from managing weekly go-to-market launches to hosting live product trainings and producing tools that support our Customer Success team.

We work tirelessly to champion our products across different channels. We are deadline-driven and hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards. And we are always seeking to deepen our customer, marketing, and product understanding to showcase how our software helps teams succeed.

We do our planning and collaboration in Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Teamwork. We are power users of our own software, often providing feedback and suggestions for improvements that are also shipped to customers. We use Slack and Zoom to communicate. (Email? Rarely.)

Your Experience You have a track record of bringing innovative B2B SaaS products to market in highly competitive environments. You know what it takes to drive interest and adoption in emerging categories and can think strategically about positioning and differentiation, all while executing fast with exceptional attention to detail.

A storyteller at heart, you love writing and are enthusiastic about honing your craft. You are skilled at distilling concepts to their essence, quickly creating content that engages your audience, clearly communicates your point, and achieves results. You also look toward data to inform your work.

You love being at the forefront of new technology. You use AI every day and are excited about how it is reshaping product development. You have not been this energized about a new technology since you started using your first smartphone. Ultimately, you combine an entrepreneurial mindset with caring deeply about helping customers thrive — turning complex capabilities into compelling messaging that resonates with product builders.
