The work:

Work collaboratively on teams dedicated to developing data‑driven insights and recommendations to support client business objectives

Practice the art of storytelling and build presentation skills

Use data visualization skills, charts, graphs and other data models to bring your analysis to life

Be an ambassador of our worldwide organization that promotes respect for the individual and the recruitment of top talent

Build your network during office events and volunteer opportunities to gain a sense of inclusion and diversity

The work location requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. Expect some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Here’s what you need:

Master of Business Administration degree

Minimum 3 years of industry or consulting experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in executing projects involving strategic cost management, organization design and implementation, and/or enterprise transformation

English required to interact regularly with stakeholders across Canada

Bonus points if you:

Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth

Show curiosity about emerging technologies such as Generative AI and their impact on business

Possess excellent problem‑solving skills combined with solid business and financial acumen

Apply industry or functional expertise to deliver innovative, client‑focused solutions

Communicate effectively and confidently, including leading workshops and presenting ideas with clarity
