About The Role
We’re seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to own and scale Q4’s AI applications, including our new platform offering that is disrupting the IR space in meaningful ways. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role where you’ll drive product strategy, build compelling business cases for investment, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll need strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence without authority, and the energy to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
You will be at the forefront of cutting‑edge AI product development, helping shape the future of the product and the company. You’ll work at the intersections of product strategy, marketing excellence, and customer experience – driving adoption and scaling of the AI applications.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Execution
Inform and execute the platform product roadmap in partnership with product leadership, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Define product success metrics and KPIs: adoption rates, implementation efficiency, customer satisfaction scores, platform usage patterns.
Identify opportunities to expand the platform’s capabilities and compatibility across Q4’s diverse customer segments.
Lead discovery processes to validate customer problems and solution approaches before committing engineering resources.
AI Leadership
Lead the charge on new AI development, products, and strategies, and their intersection with the company’s goals.
Educate the organization on the latest AI trends, trajectories, and the impact of those on the product and customer base.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to transform development processes into scalable, AI‑powered experiences.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Lead 1‑2 product squads through complex initiatives with strong influence skills, driving alignment and results without direct authority.
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions on aggressive timelines.
Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and communicate value effectively.
Influence executive stakeholders on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
Demonstrate high energy, bias for action, and self‑driven approach to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
Customer‑Centric Innovation
Apply "whole product design" thinking by considering the entire customer journey beyond just software features.
Evolve and expand Q4’s integrated AI capabilities to streamline customer workflows and reduce manual effort.
Launch new product capabilities that create competitive differentiation in the IR Ops market.
Maintain deep customer empathy through regular engagement with clients and internal service teams.
Commercial Leadership & Go‑to‑Market
Build compelling business cases and investment proposals to secure resources and executive buy‑in for key initiatives.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop feature pitches, competitive positioning, and value propositions that drive wins.
Collaborate with GTM teams to translate product capabilities into customer‑facing messaging and sales enablement materials.
Track and communicate business impact metrics: revenue influence, win rates, customer retention, and operational cost savings.
Understand P&L dynamics and make trade‑off decisions that balance customer value with business sustainability.
Qualifications
Strong preference for candidates with proven AI experience in financial technology or other regulated environments.
Comfortable navigating compliance, risk, and data governance requirements with ease.
Proven experience leading and shipping AI solutions with integrated AI product development.
Deep understanding of the latest AI trends, movements, and ability to connect them to business goals.
Strong bias to action, demonstrating experience in ‘build fast, ship fast, learn fast’ through structured experiments and trade‑offs with imperfect information.
Full ownership of actions, outcomes, and follow‑ups.
Demonstrated ability to shape product vision, influence cross‑functional stakeholders without authority, and drive complex initiatives to success.
Exceptional communication skills, ability to tailor communications to audiences ranging from executives to partners.
Strong business acumen with ownership of ROI models, pricing and packaging proposals, and investment cases with quantified outcomes such as revenue influence, cost‑to‑serve, retention.
Experience working with GTM teams to drive product adoption and market success.
Proven history of using data to drive complex decisions, translating insights derived from large data sets into product priorities.
6+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms with proven track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
