SupraITS is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its subsidiary, Atomic North, India.
If you are a seasoned, hands‑on finance leader with global IT exposure and a focus on governance and operational discipline, this role offers the opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a fast‑growing multinational technology organization.
LOCATION:
Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite weekly. Open to candidates in the NCR (Delhi–Gurgaon–Noida).

ABOUT THE ROLE – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (INDIA)
The CFO will lead Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Treasury, Compliance, and Shared Services (HR, Facilities, Corporate IT) for all Indian entities.
Reporting to the CEO and CFO (Canada), this role ensures financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across Atomic North.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Strategy & Governance
Lead Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, and Audit for all Indian entities
Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and Group Accounting Policies
Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and FEMA
Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and intercompany processes
Taxation, Legal & Compliance
Manage direct/indirect tax planning, filings, and audits
Liaise with auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with ROC, PF/ESI, Shops & Establishment, and other labor laws
Support transfer pricing, certifications, and global consolidation requirements
Business Partnership & Strategy
Provide financial insights to Managed IT, Application Services, and BPO leaders
Support pricing, margin improvement, and investment decisions
Lead performance metrics, scenario modeling, and long‑term planning
HR, Facilities & Corporate IT
Oversee HR operations, facilities, vendor management, and compliance
Ensure alignment with Indian labor laws and global cultural standards
Manage internal IT systems supporting operations and security
Leadership
Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and operations team
Promote accountability, transparency, and collaboration
Act as a key liaison between India and global leadership teams
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
15–25 years in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and Operations
10+ years in senior leadership (CFO / VP Finance)
Experience in IT, Technology, or BPO with multinational operations
Expertise in Indian GAAP, IFRS, cross‑border reporting, and compliance
Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, FEMA, and regulatory frameworks
Experience working with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulators
CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) required
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
