What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Create innovative and thought-provoking insights in talent management technology

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and provide actionable advice to clients

Develop and deliver high-value presentation materials for various industry events and client briefings

Mentor and coach junior team members while collaborating effectively with peers

Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings to address their challenges and provide solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

10+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology

Strong knowledge of talent and leadership identification, employee listening, and performance management

Proven experience advising and collaborating with CHROs and their peers

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with AI solutions in talent management processes

Experience presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements

Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural global teams

Strong business and financial acumen

Learning agility and adaptability in highly matrixed environments
