Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
To engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
Scheduling the construction work of the day.
Laying down the preferred construction methods.
Monitor and report project progression to management.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
With Electrical background is a plus.
Min. 3 years of experience in ACMV works in Singapore
Must have Singapore Class 3 driving license.
A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.
Able to work independently and work as a project team
Able to multi-tasking and handle a few projects at the same time.
Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.
